Terms of Use

Welcome to AuxiBot, a platform operated by Auxiliobits Inc., Delaware, USA. These Terms govern your use of AuxiBot and form a legal agreement between you (“Client”, “You”) and Auxiliobits.

1. Use of the Platform

You agree to use AuxiBot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.

2. Services and Access

Auxiliobits grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access AuxiBot per your subscription plan.
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform.

3. Subscription and Billing

AuxiBot operates on a subscription model with monthly or annual billing, plus a one-time development fee for process onboarding.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, technology, and automation IP remain the property of Auxiliobits. You retain ownership of your process data and business inputs.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Termination does not relieve obligations incurred prior to that date.

6. Service Levels and Support

AuxiBot offers SLA-backed support depending on your pricing plan (see Annexure A of your MSA).

7. Data Protection

Auxiliobits ensures data security through virtual machine isolation, encrypted credential vaults, and HIPAA/ISO27001 compliance. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

AuxiBot is provided “as is”. Auxiliobits disclaims warranties except as explicitly stated in your MSA/SOW.

9. Limitation of Liability

Auxiliobits shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
